It's all here; the music, the babes, the gadgets, the henchmen, the villains, the outlandish plots, and the fun. The artwork is an amazing and immersive retro-extravaganza centered around the first cinematic Bond adventure, Dr. No. One side of the cabinet features Bond and some choice Bond Women, and the other side features vintage movie posters from all the films. The playfield artwork, gameplay, and video/sound assets represent all six of the classic original Connery Bond adventures: Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, and Diamonds Are Forever. The playfield features a shaking "Bird One" Rocket from Your Only Live Twice, and the iconic Aston Martin with "ejector seat" that sends your ball through the roof like so much an anonymous henchman. The playfield has tons of satisfying shots, fast action, and three flippers sending the ball through a maze of three different ramps. As Q said, he never jokes about his work, and this game is no joke either. It's a timeless game for a timeless franchise from the modern masters of pinball, Stern! |
